eog_two eog_oneAfter attempting to battle the dreaded squash bug with organic materials, it has come time to let them go.  I simply did not want to put pesticide on them.  The squash plants were covered in the bugs and eggs.  The squash fruit contained holes in which worms were buried.

Parting is such sweet sorrow.  Until we garden squash again (in a much larger place), we will continue to harvest peppers and tomatoes.
